Bär lives alone, happy and content. One day, he meets his doppelgänger. They try to become friends, but Bär can't share. While playing, he discovers a parallel world and gets lost in its chaos. Meanwhile, Doppelgänger can enjoy the sudden calm that has emerged.
Clara Schulze is an animator with both a passion for stop motion and the environment. Since her animation studies at Filmuniversität Babelsberg KONRAD WOLF, she focuses on making stop-motion film production more sustainable, from eco-friendly set design to resource-efficient production methods, because even puppets need to reduce their carbon footprint.
