Jury Audience

Given the current health situation and in order to avoid the use of paper and the obligation to collect it, this year we will dispense with the traditional cards for the Audience Award sections and opt for other alternatives. Registrations are made in the same way as in other years, via the form and the website. Before the start of the festival, the people who will make up the audience jury for each section will be informed by e-mail of the procedure for entering the cinema and voting. We are also working on a new method of voting via the web to dispense with the traditional ballot papers.

BECOME A JURY MEMBER FOR THE AUDIENCE AWARD OF THE OPEN SCREEN FOR NEW FILMMAKERS SECTION

If you would like to know where Spanish film is headed; the latest concerns and offerings of our home-grown cinema, this is your section. A new edition of Open Screen, the section which brings us the best Spanish debut works of the year, is opening up to audience participation. And the audience is its only jury. They will decide who is awarded the Open Screen Award for the best debut in recent months.

BECOME A JURY MEMBER FOR THE AUDIENCE AWARD FOR THE ZERO SCREEN SECTION

This section of the festival brings together the most interesting low-budget feature films of the year. Films that do not always find a space on the commercial movie circuit, but which are sought out by audiences looking for something new, those who appreciate imagination and talent above and beyond the budget of each production. The Zero Screen Award will be awarded by the audience.

HOW TO BECOME A JURY MEMBER FOR THE AUDIENCE AWARDS

Since they are held at the same time, you will have to choose between the European and National Short Film Competition. The other competitive sections do not take place at the same time so you can participate in those you want.

If you want to become a member of the *Audience Jury*, press 'enter’ at the bottom of this page, and fill in and send the online form by the 1st of November.

Remember there is a maximum number of participants.

A special pass will be given to the 350 first people to send in their form so they can attend the screenings of Open Screen and the National Competition for free, and the 200 first people for the Zero Screen and European Competition.
