Tomer attended Art School in Jerusalem until 1995. From 1996 to 1999 he completed his military service and since 2004 has been studying Animation at the Film and Television Academy (HFF) 'Konrad Wolf'. 'Our Wonderful Nature' (2008) is his first short film.
