Alcalá de Henares, just 30 km from Madrid and 15 km from Barajas Airport, is a cinematic city with excellent filming locations for all types of productions—films, TV series, and commercials. With a population of over 200,000 and the services that come with it, Alcalá also boasts a well-preserved historic site that offers diverse opportunities for filmmakers.
In the context of ALCINE – Alcalá de Henares Film Festival, Alcalá Film Office is organizing its third FAM TRIP for location scouts. In collaboration with the University of Alcalá, participants will visit several locations and buildings on the university campus, which offers a wide range of attractive settings for all kinds of film shoots. They will enjoy a cocktail at one of the city's star locations and explore the streets of the historic quarter, which resemble an authentic film set.
