Jessica and Alma, two sisters living in a situation of domestic violence, begin to treat each other with love instead of violence during one of their routine trips to the food stamp office on the night of San Juan, a Spanish holiday.
Bartosz Stankiewicz is a Polish film director and screenwriter. He studied Cultural Sociology in Warsaw and is currently pursuing a degree in Directing at the Łódź Film School. His work includes both fiction and documentary short films, such as My Secret Cyberlove and Polar Bears (Misie Polarne). He has received international recognition, including a Special Mention at the Octopus International Short Film Festival, establishing himself as one of the emerging voices in contemporary Polish cinema.
