Ángela, a deaf woman, is going to have a baby with Héctor, her hearing partner. The pregnancy brings her fears about motherhood to the surface, as well as concerns about how she will communicate with her daughter. The arrival of the baby sparks a crisis in the couple and forces Ángela to face raising her daughter in a world that is not built for her. Feature film based on the 2021 short of the same name.
Eva Libertad is a scriptwriter, director and producer. Her eclectic training and diversity of artistic interests have shaped a career that moves between stage and film. Since 2016 she leads the production company Nexus CreaFilms where she writes and directs projects such as "Sorda", a short film nominated for the Goya 2023 and with more than 60 national and international awards; "Leo y Alex en pleno siglo 21", a short film with 75 selections; "Nikolina", a TV Movie premiered at the International European Fantastic Film Festival SOMBRA 2020; "Mentiste, Amanda", which is now beginning its distribution.
