In a dark and lonely place hideaway in the woods, an old vampire filmmaker and his five disciples live together in a commune. On the night of the vampire's birthday, during the night, he share his last wish: to film an image he never faced before: sunrise, that very night.



Alfonso Bernal

Born in Cartagena in the year 2000, Alfonso Bernal and Manuel Bernal are brothers and also filmmakers. Both coursed Audiovisual Communication at the University of Murcia (UMU) and moved to Madrid to study Filmmaking at ECAM. They have directed several short films together. 'The Bats Have Left the Belltower' (2025) is their final degree short film

Manuel Bernal
