Chloë Delanghe (born 1991, Ostend) is a visual artist and filmmaker who works mainly with lens-based media. His work dissects imaginations of intimacy, interweaving stories and images related to the heritage of social class, the tension between the artistic codes of professionalism and amateurism, and a very personal approach to camera as a paradox: exercising the potential to repair, emancipate or destroy what is shown. In 2021 he received the VOCATIO award for Fine Arts. In 2016 he published his first book of photographs, entitled Reasons to Be Cheerful, with WIELS and Motto Books. He is currently working on a second book entitled Famyly. He is a founding member of elephy.
