The hen is supposed to lay eggs, just like the other chickens. But the swallows in the air have awakened a completely different longing in him: she wants to fly!
After finishing her studies in design at the Moscow State University of Printing Arts in 2004, Elena started to work as an illustrator. In the following years she illustrated for many kids’ magazines and several children’s books for publishing houses in Russia, Germany, Taiwan and South Korea. In 2015 she graduated at the renowned Institute of Animation, Visual Effects and Digital Postproduction at the Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg. Since then she works as a director, animator and designer based in Stuttgart.
