Daniel Castro
Daniel is director and scriptwriter. He directed the short film 'Sutura' (2003), selected in more than 30 national and international festivals, that received the Award for Best Navarre Short Film in the Pamplona Film Festival, the First Award of the Short Film Festival of Ciudad Real and the Fist Award in Abycine-International Film Festival of Albacete. With 'After Shave' (2008), he received the Award for Best Short Film of Humor in the Festival de Cine Centrifugado y Canalla in A Coruña as well as the First Award in the International Short Film Festival of Cagliari. With '75 metros', he's awarded in the Best Script category of the Almunia de Doña Godina Festival. As scriptwriter, he worked in the feature films 'Algunas chicas doblan las piernas cuando hablan' (A. Díez, 2000), 'Mi casa es tu casa' (M. Álvarez, 2001) 'El final de la noche' (P. Barco, 2003) or in television series such as Gran Reserva, el Origen, Gran Hotel, Yo soy Bea, etc.
