Immersive cinema returns to ALCINE with an experience far beyond the screen.
After revolutionizing the world of indie cinema with the #littlesecretfilm project and literally following in Herzog's footsteps in his documentary Dear Werner (Zero Screen Award at ALCINE 2020), the duo formed by Pablo Maqueda and Haize G. Viana debuts in feature fiction with La desconocida, an adaptation of the play Grooming by iconoclast Paco Becerra, and starring the ubiquitous Manolo Solo, Goya winner Eva Llorach (Quién te cantará) and a surprising Laia Manzanares (Merlí) in a role that is not easily forgotten. With influences from European authors such as Michael Haneke or the codes of the South Korean thriller, the film will be "seen" in an expanded form in a secret location that will only be revealed moments before the screening.
