In an apartment in a city under curfew, a day expands from early Spring to late Summer. A couple’s longing to start a family is shaken by a pervasive feeling of uncertainty.
Mónica LIMA (Portugal) studied Visual Arts in Lisbon, and Writing and Directing in Prague (FAMU) and Berlin (DFFB). Lima studied alongside writers and directors Valeska Grisebach, Fred Kelemen and Franz Rodenkirchen. She has worked as a scriptwriter and assistant director for advertising and film. She says she is fascinated by “characters stuck in existential limbo and the quest for meaning in contemporary life”.
