Three sisters living on Canary Islands find their routines transformed by a sense of magic and meditation. Each sister copes in her own way without a breadwinner expressing themselves through their body mixing realism and fantasy.
Macu studied filmmaking in Madrid, screenwriting in Cuba and holds a Master’s Degree in Documentary Film from the Universidad del Cine of Buenos Aires. She worked as a scriptwriter/director for documentaries in Barcelona, Argentina and the Canary Islands. She also writes about films in specialized magazines such as 'Fuera de Campo' (Ecuador) and in the book 'Coutinho. Cine de Conversación y Antropología Salvaje'. Now she is in the development stage of her first feature documentary 'Fallen Leaves'.
