Madrid, April 2020. Covid-19. A girl, at home, is bored. A boy feels lonely in his room. They don’t know each other, but imagine each other on a chat. And while they do so, they start a journey in space and time trying that will take them away from their enforced lockdown.
Paula, Gloria and Andrés met while studying Documentary Cinema at the ECAM. The three of them have shared interests in subjects such as exploring identity, intimacy and audiovisual language. Together, they have directed 'La fiesta del fin del mundo', a piece with which they seek to make us all reflect on distancing, loneliness and uncertainness during the confinement caused by COVID-19.
