Angela Steffen was born in Dannenberg (Germany) in 1979. She spent her childhood in Saudi Arabia and returned to Germany in 1990, when the Gulf War began. After completing basic studies in graphic design, she studied animation at the Animation-School in Hamburg and later at the Animation Institute of the Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg, where she graduated in 2009. Angela Steffen has been working as a freelance director and animator at Studio FILM BILDER since 2009.
