Lola was adopted into a Belgian family when she was an infant. After eleven years she is going to realize her dream to meet her birth parents in China.
Born in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia in 1988. Having attended Beijing Film Academy and received a B.A. in Film Studies 2009, she decided to continue her adventure with film. As of now, she is pursuing her M.A. in Film Directing at The Polish National Film School in Lodz.
