Between 1947 and 1949 the photographer based in the Canary Islands Bonifacio Hernández Gil took numerous photographs for the army and the colonial administration of the so-called Spanish West Africa. In his images appear new cities as scenes of science fiction movies: Impossible Cities.
Chus Dominguez, a visual artist who uses video and film as tools and documentary as language. He works with elements coming directly from reality to construct fictions, between documentary, experimental film and poetry. His videos and film pieces have participated at numerous international festivals.
