Gabriela spends the last days of summer in the countryside. These are days that sway between monotony and boredom, the village's traditions, and the girl's dreams and desires. She is eleven years-old and observes the world as if this was, indeed, the last summer of her childhood.
Rafa Alberola was born in Madrid in 1986. In 2011 he graduated from Madrid's Film School, specialising in Screenwriting. He founded the production company Vermut Films alongside fellow writer and director Guillermo Benet and producer Cristina Hergueta.
