Family workshop to have a great time cheering like Charley Bowers REGISTRATION FORM *Until full capacity is reached
Collaborate Adrián Encinas y David Castro (Mansalva)
In this workshop we will be inspired by the genius of Charley Bowers, a pioneer of animation and stop-motion cinema, known for his absurd and imaginative inventions. We will create together an object transforming machine: "El Turbocacharro".
This incredible machine has the power to turn anything into something completely new. Under the supervision of two specialists in animation and extraordinary machines, families will have access to this coveted and dangerous invention.
Each family will be able to choose from a variety of elements, from geometric figures to everyday objects, which they will then introduce into "El Turbocacharro" to transform them into something surprising. After the transformation process, they can decide if they want to keep, destroy or modify the new resulting object.
We will use the cut-out animation technique and the Stop Motion Studio app so that, together, you can bring the creations to life. The stop-motion boxes will allow each family to animate the transformation process of the chosen objects, giving free rein to the imagination. The result will be part of the curtain of the Best of ALCINE Kids section that can be seen at the Teatro-Salón Cervantes during the following week.
