An exercise in creative freedom aimed at generating sensations showing places that are far from the usual gaze, with a more emotional than narrative discourse in which the aesthetic value of the image and sound space make up this story of the Port of Huelva.
A professional photographer since 1989, a self-taught photographer, she has completed her photographic and audiovisual training in Madrid, Barcelona and London. She has numerous
exhibitions and publications, and has been awarded the Clara Campoamor Prize 2016, the Luchadoras Prize 2018 (UGT Andalucía) and the Ciudad de Baena Prize 2018 for her involvement and commitment in the defense of equality rights, the “ASFAAN” Prize 2016 of the association of audiovisual festivals of Andalusia for its contribution to the new Andalusian documentary. RTVA Award for the best Andalusian filmmaker 2019, Medal of the City of Huelva 2020 and Seville City Council Woman Award 2020 for her career in favor of equality. Meridiana Award 2021 of the Junta de Andalucía. She is an academic at the Spanish Academy of Cinema and Audiovisual Arts and the Andalusian Film Academy.
