For ten years, I've pretended to make a movie out of my grandfather's Algerian war souvenirs. Today, I’m not sure I want to hear what he has to say.
Bastien was born in France in 1983. In 2006, he graduated in Infography Direction at Supinfocom, Valenciennes. After the stufies, he got experience in web site creation and video games animation. As a travel lover, he discovered Madagascar and decided to realize an animated journey diary on the island. He was nominated to the Oscars in 2011 with 'Madagascar, carnet de voyage'. Then he directed the series 'Portraits de voyages' based on the same idea, and the short film 'Cargo Cult'.
