The first Spanish feature film pre-producer, shot and finished in quarantine, between March 24 and April 2020. 'Madrid, interior', which begins with a quote from Dylan Thomas - 'Do not go meekly into this still night' -, has made with the collaboration of a hundred people who shot small pieces that, together, represent 80 minutes of a portrait of the state of mind during the worst weeks of the pandemic.



Juan Cavestany

Juan was born in Madrid in 1967. Graduated in Political Sciences and with press training, he's scriptwriter, director and playwright. He wrote the scripts of the feature films 'Guerreros' (Daniel Calparsoro) and 'Los lobos de Washington' (Mariano Barroso), and he directed his own script, 'Gente de mala calidad' (2008). In 2010, he wrote, directed and auto-financed 'Dispongo de barcos'. In the same auto-production cinema line, he directed and sold on Internet 'El señor' (2012). En 2012, he wrote and directed in theatre the comedy 'El traje'. In 2013, he released the play 'Capitalismo' by Andrés Lima, as well as 'Gente en sitios' in Toronto, San Sebastián and Sitges film festivals.
