Frank Ternier (Tours, France, 1975) is a film maker, editor as well as a graphic designer. He has created two structures: the association "l’Astronef" and "Neutron production" to work in network with other film directors and technicians. He recently created the collective "Ideal Crash" to devote more time to film-making and experimentation.
