This film tells the story of two nights. One night which is not seen in images, existing only in the words of 'The Clock', an old Hollywood film directed by Vincente Minnelli. One night which is seen in images but about which we hardly know anything.



Pablo García Canga

Pablo García Canga has a degree in Audiovisual Communication from the Complutense University of Madrid and a diploma in Film Direction from La Fémis (Paris). He has directed several short and medium-length films, both fiction and documentaries, which have won awards at festivals such as Alcine or Aguilar de Campo and have participated in others such as SEMINCI, Documenta Madrid, Palm Spring Shorts Festival, HollyShorts, etc. Monographic programs on his films have been made at the FICIC (Cosquín), the Círculo de Bellas Artes in Madrid, the Zumzeig and the Filmoteca de Catalunya. He has worked as a screenwriter and dialogue writer in films and in projects by other filmmakers. He has written the book 'Ozu, multitudes' (2020 by Athenaica Ediciones). He has collaborated on several books ('George Cukor On/Off Hollywood', 'Paulino Viota, order in the labyrinth' and 'Painting the sun: Víctor Erice') and in magazines such as SoFilm Spain, Cinema Comparat, Lumière, Caimán, Détour, focus etc. He has translated the books, 'Amistad, el últimoto que Lubitsch' and 'ElGreco, cineasta'. He is a member of the current selection committee for the Punto de Vista festival.
