During film festival week, the city’s best restaurants, in conjunction with Alcalá Gastromómica - Fomentur, are joining forces with the festival to each create their own version of cinematic delicacies. Some are revisiting and reinventing the dishes that appear in films, while others are creating new dishes inspired by the images and the memories of great and/or significant titles from the history of film.
During festival week, the city’s best restaurants, in conjunction with Alcalá Gastromómica - Fomentur, are joining forces with the festival to each create their own version of cinematic delicacies:

Gindara no Tosazuan / Low temperature confit of black cod with Tosazuan sauce.
A TOUCH OF SPICE.
Steamed cod with a touch of cinnamon smoke and three textures of peppers.
