Elisabeth Zwimpfer, born in Basle in 1981, graduated at the School of Design in Basel from 2002 to 2005 and then worked as a graphic artist in Bern until 2006. In 2005, she began studying Art History and Social Anthropology before switching to Graphic, Design and Visual Arts from 2007. Since 2011 Zwimpfer has been studying Ilustration and Trickfilm at the Kunsthochschule Kassel.
