Dolly is pointed out the power of her young, female sexuality by her friend Niemke. Fulfilled by this new discovery, Dolly explores this magical power with diligence. She doesn’t realize the effect of the game she’s playing, until she’s trapped in a situation that unfolds beyond her control.
Laura Hermanides (1988) graduated in 2012 as a documentary director from the Dutch Filmacademy. Considering form and concept the most important narrative elements in audiovisual storytelling, Laura works in all genres: fiction, documentary and everything narrative in between.
